OEA President, Becky Higgins, will visit the Lockland School District on Friday, November 20th. She is visiting schools in the Cincinnati area. She will visit several classrooms. This is the third year in a row a state-wide dignitary has visited the district. In 2013-14 school year, Secretary of State, Jon Husted visited our middle schoolers and in the 2014-15 school year, Congressman Brad Wenstrup met with our seniors.

At Friday's football game against Aiken and in honor of Patriot Day, the Lockland School District will honor the brave men and women who have served or are serving in our military, fire and rescue, police, and EMT departments with half price admission with proper I.D. We will recognize these heroes at halftime.

Fall Sports Parent Information Meeting

Lockland Athletic Department has scheduled the mandatory Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) Fall Sports Parent Meeting on Thursday, August 13th at 7:30 p.m. in our auditorium.  We will cover eligibility, expectations, chain of command, and other important information. We will start as a large group covering state issues and  then break off for specific sports.

Pennies for Patients

The Lockland Chapter of the National Honor Society is currently raising money to be donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to help fund research for blood cancers. Our students did a great job at the contest sponsored by the Reading Eagles...Tia Constanzo (runner-up), Jordan Darling (second place), Kaylee Green (was unable to attend due to illness), Peyton Hicks (honorable mention), and James Cooper (honorable mention) represented Lockland Schools well. HS Boys Basketball Tournament Tickets are on Sale now to Friday, 2/27 from 9:00 to 3:00 and 9:00 to 2:00 on Friday. Tickets are Presale $6.00 sold in the Guidance Office and $7.00 at the Door.

Basketball Tournament Tickets on Sale

Basketball Tournament Tickets are being sold in the Guidance Office from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Cost is $6.00 each, they will be $7.00 at the Door.

Devontay finished 3rd at the Kettering Fairmont Division III District.  Wrestling begins at 3:00 Thursday and will continue with two sessions on Thursday and two sessions on Saturday.  Each session costs $12.  Devontay will have one match on Thursday if he wins his first match.  He will have two matches if he loses the first match.
