At Cincinnati Works, the mission is to help people achieve success through a step-by-step process designed to make life better for an individual and their family. Cincinnati Works has connections with nearly 200 local employers. 
Cincinnati Works is an organization that is committed to helping people gain full-time employment, achieve personal stability, and improve their life.
What does that mean? It means that people will build the skills they need to find and keep a good job with benefits. It means that people will be able to provide for their  family, pay their  bills, and save money — all with their paycheck.
Cincinnati Works offers free services. Those services include:

•    Budgeting Services
•    Transportation & Housing Resources
•    Legal Advocacy
•    Behavioral Health & Chaplain Services
