On Tuesday, April 29, Lockland High School Senior, Harry Fowler, Jr. was selected by the Anthony Munoz Foundation as the 2008 Male Straight A Student of the Year. Harry was awarded $2,000 toward continuing his education at Kent State University. He also received a commemorative ring from Graduate Service, Inc. Congratulations, Harry, on such an accomplishment! Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Fowler, as well. We know you are very proud of your son! We are, too!

Mayfair a Huge Success......Despite the Rain!

Thanks to everyone that "braved the storm". The Lockland Parent Teacher Organization did a great job in organizing the event. A special "thank you" to Board Member and P.T.O. President, Misty Cromer for your hard work and dedication to the success of the event. The students, their families, and the community members of Lockland and Arlington Heights seemed to enjoy the festivities. We would like to thank everyone in attendance and look forward to this becoming an "annual" event!

Coach Hubbard Inducted Into Ohio State Hall of Fame!

Football Coach, Ben Hubbard, was recently inducted into the Ohio State Football Coaches Hall of Fame! He joins the ranks of such well-known coaches as Paul Brown, Woody Hayes and Dick Crum. Ohio State Coach, Jim Tressel, was the keynote speaker at the induction ceremony Friday, April 18, 2008 at Ohio State's Schottenstein Center. Congratulations Coach Hubbard, and thank you for your dedication over the years.

Blood Drive! - A HUGE, HUGE, SUCCESS......
A blood drive will be held on Wednesday, May 7 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please call 563-5000, x.153 to make an appointment. Please ensure to at a good meal before arriving to donate blood. Also, remember to bring a photo ID with you to the appointment.
